Came in to order there were 7 people ahead of me. No problem one girl working is terrible it was i watched her use the same pair of gloves from the register to the bowls to the fruit to dropping a piece of paper picking it up off the floor than grabbing a handful of blueberries. I love the food i grew up where the company started, but I probably wont be back if better infection control isn't taught
The bowl came out exactly like this. They didn’t even pour Nutella on top. Not only that I looks bad but everything tasted expired. This is very unacceptable and disappointing. Staff need to do better!
Placed an online order for pick up this evening and when I got home I realized they missed my nutella. Disappointing considering you have to pay extra for extra toppings! Lesson learned always check your order before leaving the store!
Honestly, I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I paid for this acai bowl it was not free so I don’t understand why the portion was so small and had so little of the toppings. I ordered the Nutella acai bowl, which is supposed to come with banana and strawberries. I only received about 4 slices of banana and 5 small slices of strawberries, and the rest of the bowl was basically just acai.
