The reason for me giving this location one star is because of the level of disrespect that I received from the staff. I feel that this staff needs to be retrained, and the lack of good customer service needs to be addressed. I’m quite sure that playa bowl as an organization has a zero tolerance for mistreatment of customers, and I am quite sure that they care about customer satisfaction. Playa Bowl was one of our family's favorite place until tonight. We are waiting for over 30 minutes, many people still waiting that came before us. Girls that are working are not friendly and not helpful at all. When we asked how long more we need to wait, she was very rude with the answer that there are people before us. We also just received the wrong order, same as people that were sitting next to us. We paid over $50 and this might be our last time coming here.
Girls was very slow and just making whatever they wanted, not what I ask to make
I wait 20 mins everytime I come here. This evening the room is filled with about 20 people waiting for their bowls and smoothies. The young girls who work here seem to be hoping we give up and go home. My kids have made me swear we will never come back.
Terrible service. Came to pick up an order and waited for more than 25 minutes. They had 3 young ladies working but they seemed to be more interested in gossiping instead.
