The person who assisted me at the counter seemed annoyed, and her gaze was focused elsewhere. I found her behavior rude. I have been visiting this location for quite some time, and this is the first time I have been assisted by someone so rude.
This place used to be great--but they have been skimping on the fruit. I was shocked to see that this is the new norm. I asked and they said that this is the amount they give now. The fruit used to fill to the very top, even touching the lid. Also, I ordered this 30 mins in advanced. When I arrived, they didn't have it ready and couldn't find the order. After looking everywhere, they found the receipt on the floor. Unfortunately, this isn't the same place it used to be.
This place is my regular afternoon snack habit. Better than ice cream, comfortable, friendly and professional staff.
