First time trying acai at Playa Bowls and it was great. Fresh ingredients, not too sweet, and very filling. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Would definitely come back.
Playa Bowl used to be absolutely phenomenal but over the past year I’ve seen it go way down hill. The place is just not kept well…especially the floors and bathrooms…they are just really dirty. And the staff turnover is crazy high-it gets really busy at times and more often than not there are just 2 staff trying to manage the entire operation- so I think the new hires likely get burnt out really quickly. Worst açaí bowl I ever had!
Loved my smoothie here! I got the Sunrise Splash as one of the Employee favorites, and Zyan made it for me. She was extremely lovely and made the recommendation. The music and vibe of Playa Bowls is very welcoming and enjoyable. I’m excited to come again!
