We order here every week. Today we ordered online, went to pick up our 3 bowls and coffee. Get back to work, open the bag and one bowl is completely wrong, No Nutella or coconut is in the bowl and it has peanut butter??? All of the bowls the fruit is not fresh which is very surprising! The strawberries taste kind of spoiled and they don’t look good either.
Misleading items on the app. The Power Acai bowl and Protein Acai bowl have the exact same ingredients yet one is 13.99 and the other is 14.49. Also I have added Strawberry puree to my bowl which is $1 extra. When went to pick it up they informed me it was out of stock that day but no refund of my dollar. So next time I decided to order in person and they said they don't have it anymore yet it's still on the app for $1. The toppings make the bowl honestly, the bases are tasteless, even banana.
