We walked into this Playa bowls not closing any time soon, and we were rudely dismissed. They told us they didn’t have a juicer??? There is manyyyy juices on the menu?? Do they supply them with juicers? Or NOT!?!!?!! 🤨🤨This was outrageous, the service was horrible. I bet if we asked for a playabowl they would claim they didn’t sell them. I really want to love this smoothie spot because it used to have such a warm, welcoming vibe, but lately it’s been disappointing. Every time I walk in, no one greets me. I usually see an employee on their phone or behind a laptop, standing far from the front of the store, and it just feels uninviting. On top of that, they stopped playing the surfing/snowboarding videos that have always made the place feel fun and energetic.
