5 Stars – A Beachfront Gem! 🌊✨ Apartment 1703 is amazing! The view alone is worth it — waking up to the ocean right outside the window is pure magic. The space is modern, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. A lot of thought went into every detail. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living area make it feel like home. The direct beach access is a huge plus — just walk out and you’re there! Perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or just enjoying island life.
Excelente edificio y ubicacion. Es terrible su administracion y junta, una pena como edtan vaciando el edificio a su gusto. Pero el lugar es inmejorable.
The building is not in a good condition at all (hallway windows missing, only one elevator for loads working, holes in the lobby ceiling with water dripping), the pool is dirty (not cleaned properly), the emergency exit is locked downstairs (really dangerous), and the staff harasses Airbnb guests in an unfriendly way for no reason (regarding the special Airbnb parking) like unwanted guests. You cannot use the beach access from the property after 7 pm and the skyscrapers are really ugly. Please be aware of those points before... read more
