Chad Thomas is so helpful and honest. He came to our rescue when our Dog guard representative refused to help us. I will change to Play Safe/Pet Stop if we need to in the future rather than use Dog Guard again.
I have a different underground fence than Chad installs but he still took the time on a Saturday morning to walk me through options to correct our issue. I will for sure contact him in the future if we need help with our fence!
