for the manager, Jesse. I broke a piece of expensive sporting equipment and came in hoping it might be repairable. Jesse fixed it in just a few minutes and saved me from having to buy a replacement. I really appreciate his help today—great service!

I don't review places often and this is from my experience but the owner was not rude at all..just because he wasn't all smiley and checking up on you every other time, and have the customer service voice like most retail/store workers, does not make it bad customer service, being blunt and straight to the point doesn't make someone rude overall. Albeit I only asked two questions but he answered them, even asked if I wanted the helmet I bought in a bag. And like the previous review said, this is a store for new AND used gear... read more

Unfortunately for some folks it must be hard for them to understand that this is a second hand store that sells Used Equipment products. This means sometimes it’s scratched or marked from wear. I went looking for something in an Olympic weight plate of 10 pounds and found it was not there but I found 5 pound plates and purchased double sets so all was fine. My questions were answered and I had nothing but a positive experience with the product or interaction with the person who helped me.
