I call this place to ask for info the person who answered the phone was a real ass. Definitely not doing business with this place
Terrible customer service and has no knowledge of snow sports (doesn't know what black diamond level is) and tells you other stores are running scams when he is the one running the scam. The used ski equipment cannot be used/taken to the shop for adjustments or are in terrible condition. The return policy is also unreasonable since you can only get store credit. Also, there aren't lots of options at the store.
This is the place to find the used ice hockey equipment. They carry new Broduer Sherwood goalie sticks for $45, and while their selection of goalie skates is limited they've got easily 100+ pairs of skater skates. Assistance was offered and declined, but he was happy to answer the question I did come up with when I found him back at the desk.
Helpful and knowledgable staff. Will buy or sell sporting equipment.
