Play It Again Sports Whoever thought of this idea was a total genious. This store buys and sells used sporting goods and even has a program where they will take your name and phone number if you want something specific, and tthen hey'll call you when someone brings in the item you're looking for so that you can have the first option of buying it. I don't know if this is a franchise or what, but I notice they're popping up all over, so I'm not the only person who things this is a great idea.

My wife and son had went into the store with a golf set that we had purchased 2 years ago and wanted to trade them towards a new bag and a couple of clubs. He was condescending and lacked customer service. I went ahead and contacted Jim today and he was very apologetic. Play it again Sports in Simi Valley is the best. Best Service, Very knowledgeable and a great place to get the Tools that you need to stay in Shape. Especially during Covid19, my Home Gym is complete, because of This Store. #1
