The prices are cheaper than buying the equipment new and they don't sell junk. It's all great condition stuff. They have a variety of exercise equipment, treadmills, bicycles, and even safety gear. Their selection varies since they always get in different material. The prices are reasonable for used material and they have two locations here in Austin...one South and one North.
Excellent service. Great prices. My son wanted to try football this year. So we went in on a Sunday to get a complete set of Football gear for my son. They had everything we needed for under $100.

We traveled a very long way to even find and maybe save money on our son's football equipment. I was extremely pleased with the selection, and most of all the personal attention we received, even on a busy Sunday!

ridiculously overpriced used equipment. I recently went in to shop for a weight bench and the price of a used one was more than a comparable new one at Academy. Staff was not helpful; they never even acknowledged that I was in the store. Terrible experience.
