I walked right into 621 Cypress Gardens Blvd WH location at 7:55pm two guys standing at the counter. Neither said hello as they watched me and my kids walk in. Not knowing the store closed at 8:00 (because we don’t shop here) once we made it in the store, I was greeted with, “were closing up” so I simply said “ok” and turned around. I apologize for your bad experience in the store. I reviewed the camera footage this morning and spoke to the staff.
How can a store called Play it again sports, the clue is in the name, not accept used sporting goods.... tried to take some shoes and roller skates in just and was told not accepting as at capacity ??? Will not try again.
So their catchers gear is all over the place. So I spend an hour getting my son fitted to some gear, that clearly isn't in a set, just to tell me I can't buy just the shin guards. Now, if it's in a set, keep it in a set. I had a $40 glove, shin guards, chest protector, $200 ISA bat, a bag, and 5 tennis balls. I was going to spend a good amount. Nope, I bought a glove only because I was in a bind. I will never ever shop here again. Not only did you lose out on a sale, you lost a long time customer!!

Awesome place!! Best place to find new and slightly used sporting equipment!!
I went in there to price check a bike. I found the one I wanted but I also spied a paddle board for a great price. I took pictures to share with my friends on Facebook. You should always check her first before buying retail. Great staff.
