Inconsistent customer service. Some staff knowledgeable and helpful and some not so much. It’s laughable trying to bring in used equipment...depends who’s looking at it and the way the wind blows that day. They also rarely have what we’re looking for. Unless you want ice hockey pants...well then there’s a plethora.

Ordered a bat in January because of the new LL rules. After a ton of run around and pointing fingers, we still do not have a bat. Cancelled the order and was told last month the money would be refunded to our credit card. Still no refund. Every time we call, it’s a different story. Save your money and go somewhere else!!

This bat was delayed due to the Manufacturers inability to get the performance bat to meet the new USA standards. This was explained to you. In fact, you were offered different bats. It is unfortunate that you see us as the blame for things beyond our control.

Very glad I discovered Play It Again Sports a few years ago. I travel almost an hour to get there and it’s well worth the trip. Both new and preowned items are priced right. Very helpful staff. Even gave me free scorebooks for the teams that I coach. Big fan!
Came in today from Reading area based off of several recommendations. Came in for an ice hockey helmet for my son and left with it and 2 pairs of ice hockey skates. Their prices on used skates are great IMO. They will sharpen them for you before leaving as well. The guy that helped us was awesome, polite and great with my son. Wish I would've gotten his name. Don't think that they only sell used equipment. We buy new ice hockey gear here each season. They discount new skates that are last seasons style. We now buy field hockey equipment here too. Yesterday we got a used field hockey stick that looks brand new for a great price. Staff greeted us near the door and checked in with us as we were looking.
