Update Patrick the store manager contacted me and made the situation right. He offered to replace the stick however we settled on repairing and replacing the effected area. Thanks to Patrick for showing great service and follow up. Just want to take a moment to let everyone know how poor customer service is at this place. Exactly one week ago we purchased a brand new under armor lacrosse stick for my 9 year old daughter. The stick was used for exactly one hour and some of the webbing broke. I needed a baseball glove restrung in a hurry as my son was in the middle of a pitching clinic. Bob took care of it immediately and was really friendly and helpful. My son and I will definitely be back for all our baseball needs. This is our new favorite store.
