use to be a big fan of this play it again sports not anymore. went to get dumbbells and they jacked the price up during the Virus. from 1 dollar a pound to 3 dollars a pound. The response was with everything that's going on.
Kids working there could not care less about customer service. After standing there forever and finally getting someone’s attention, he didn’t know any equipment and couldn’t even answer a pricing question. Then he was too lazy to leave the spot and go scan the items Untagged.
Great place to get used and even some new sports items! The owner and the employees were a great help and they also post some pretty hilarious videos inside the shop! 5 🌟’s in my book all day long!
I couldn’t be happier! I found my dream elliptical at PIAS and at the fraction of the cost! (and there’s a warranty and buy back incentive!) Not only that but you can pay a bit extra to have it delivered and set up. Good thing for me. It’s a big machine so I was worried if they could get it into my upstairs room. They worked magic! Took the handles off, took the door off and inch by inch shuffled it through the narrow hallway/doorway. Very knowledgeable staff and so friendly! We have been many times to get used soccer cleats and shin guards and they have excellent prices and quality gear. Today I went to trade in my bike and get a bigger one that fits me better. They gave me a fair price and lots of help choosing a new bike. I needed advice on what to get based on what I want to do and my tall stature, and I got lots of good advice. Friendly staff with a great selection of equipment at reasonable prices. Their trade-in policy is reasonable and great for rotating old workout gear.
