Been shopping PIA many years. Shopped it several times in several locations throughout NC during this COVID mess. Just got turned away today due to no mask. Was told if I didn’t wear a mask I couldn’t shop. Even though I’ve shopped this whole time with no issues and nothing ever said to me. The Executive order clearly states a business doesn’t have to ask customers why they’re exempt from wearing a mask, or deny customers service. Our staff is and has been required to wear them at all times while at work and we are asking the same from our in store customers. We offer many alternative methods of shopping with us or selling to us including online, email and phone services.
