I shop at this store frequently, but my recent experience with an associate named Tom was incredibly disappointing. When I walked in, he was already antagonizing another customer about receiving only $0.25 in trade-in credit—totally unprofessional. I asked a different associate about possibly lowering the price on an item I was interested in, and out of nowhere, Tom inserted himself and insisted I could only get $5 off.
