I shop at this store frequently, but my recent experience with an associate named Tom was incredibly disappointing. When I walked in, he was already antagonizing another customer about receiving only $0.25 in trade-in credit—totally unprofessional. I asked a different associate about possibly lowering the price on an item I was interested in, and out of nowhere, Tom inserted himself and insisted I could only get $5 off. Bought a 3 wood recently elsewhere that didn't come with a headcover. Saw the exact one we needed here but was told it was for clubs on the floor for sale. Came back the next day looking for the club for sale and found out the headcovers were in queue to get priced individually and sold by themselves. Employee (maybe owner?) went in the back to find it just for us... left with an extra Vokey wedge just for the effort. Make sure to support local like them!
