terrible service!!!!!!zero stars! I had the worst experience ever at the Tempe store. I bought a new helmet and was given a used chin strap. My kids removed a stcker. Was wrong color. Return policy said 30 day refund. They woulnd't give full credit. I accepted partial refund. The store owner refused a refund and would only issue a "store credit". He was the rudest person I have ever met that was a store owner. I will never shop there again. I rather pay more for good service! I think even my kid was scared...

I found this pet store through my cats food company website, I had just moved to the Chandler/Tempe area and had gone to the big stores like Petsmart & Petco looking for Innova products for my 2 cats and 1 dog and had come up empty handed. We have purchased previous bridesmaid dresses from this establishment. Service and alterations were excellent. When it came time to be the bride, I noticed that all of the dresses had the designer tags removed. This is a shady practice identified in the book Bargain Brides (the most well spent $ 15).
