HORRIBLE, NASTY STAFF. Went there around 3:15pm on Wed, 9/23/20. As I entered the store, there were 2 teenage employees behind the counter. The male said in a very terse voice “Ya want something?” When I asked to see free weight dumbbells, the female just pointed and said “Over there.” I heard another charming employee jokingly remark “That’s real customer service.” I pivoted and left. I will never go there again and encourage others to boycott the place!!!
RecommendedVery pleased with our transaction at PIAS, Fishers. Andrew was very pleasant to deal with in the store. He and another associate came to remove our trade-in equipment (some heavy stuff, and a treadmill), and installed the 'new' items in our basement. They were very efficient, courteous and very capable. Here's hoping the pre-owned equipment we purchased lasts a long time! ;-)

We stopped by with my son looking for a bat one evening after dinner it was a minute or two after 8 they were closed no big deal so we started walking away a moment later someone came out and asked if he could help he let us in after hours and we got a bat. Long story short great customer service. Didn't have to do let us in but they did. Great job.

Place is a joke I called prior to going and was told they would be interested in wakeboards get there and they claim that must have been the new guy that doesn't know what he is talking about...Also was told they would be interested in snowboard and snow skis which was also a lie because it isn't winter yet.very unprofessional employees
