One Unhappy Customer – I drove over an hour and a half to the Play It Again Sports in Madison with a car full of watersports equipment to get rid of. I had already been in contact with the manager and had an email stating that they would buy my skis, wakeboard, kneeboard, etc. for a "fair price" even though the items were not in season.
