We were in town for a couple of hockey games over the weekend when my son's toe strap ripped on his leg pad. Stopped into Play it Again to see if we could find some replacement parts. Not only did they have a spare strap, but they replaced it free of charge while we did some shopping. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, we couldn't have been happier. Great selection of used goalie gear too, we found a pair of breezers dirt cheap that my son absolutely loves. A huge Thank You to your staff!
We drove from Spirit Lake, IA (~100 miles) this evening to get our son geared up for hockey this season. We had never been to this shop before so we came entirely sight unseen. Not only was the store PACKED with quality new and used hockey gear the three guys working this evening (10/02/19) were very, very helpful and really wonderful. Not only insightful but personable and great with our kids. Kudos to the staff and the store, we'll recommend! Look forward to making the trip again.
