I've been going to Play it Again since I was 16. Now I'm 35 and have three boys of my own, 15, 11 and 7. Any time we need sports equipment we go to Play it Again and as the years go by and they out grow out of old gear its nice to know I can go their and get a good credit for the old gear toward the new gear plus the staff is 10 times more friendly and knowledgeable than any other place out their... :Matt

My mother went to buy a preschoolers baseball glove and asked for help as she doesn't know much about baseball. They sold her a glove for the right hand, which of course, we didn't know was wrong until our first tball practice. The Aurora location would only buy it back as used, for $6.50 when we paid $19.99 at their guidance. If she had not asked for help, we would have just accepted the mistake as ours.
