RecommendedI recently went to the store to look for kids soccer cleats and I was really impressed by the staff service, as soon as my kids and I entered the store they were polite and helpful asking about what we needed, and as a parent of young kids that is what you really appreciate being efficient, patient and nice. They took us right away to the right place in the store and ask for sizes of shoes and show us where they were. They give us some time so we can try them on. We were so thankful for the staff at play it again sports. We are new to the sport of softball and the staff at this location jumped in and helped us to find all that we needed at the right price. She has had a very successful season. We highly recommend Play It Again Sports in Longmont.

I brought in a pair of skis, poles and 2 pairs of boots to trade in for new skis for my kids.. I was offered $27 and am expected to pay almost $200 to replace it all. That is bull. I walked out with nothing, took my skis and sold it on Craigslist in 5 min for $120 for one set. I will be reciprocating and purchasing. New equipment for my kids elsewhere. I could understand if I was wanting a credit, but I was wanting a trade. Give your customers some kind of a break when they are not looking to just sell.

I went in to look at some weight lifting equipment. When I walked in there was 3 associates at the front, two at the counter, talking, and one on the floor organizing something. Not one of them greeted me! They just looked up when I walked in and then continued with their business. I walked around a bit after looking at what I went in for. Ran into associates but not one asked if I needed any assistance or anything. I walked out without making a purchase because of this.
