Over the last few years I've noticed this store to go down hill. Employees don't care about customers, and would rather talk down to them instead of help them. I asked about a simple item to see if they had any in stock and they ignored me and went back to texting on their phone. Very unprofessional and not how a business should be ran.

Decent if you want to buy something, but good luck if you take equipment in to resell.
I was very upset potential costumer after making the hour drive last weekend and then not being open when they said they would be. However came back in today and they with out a doubt made it right. They were super nice, very apologetic over the situation and gave us 50% off for their mess up. The store was super clean and had a wide selection of nearly everything you need new and used. Bought a few things here. Treadmill a few weeks ago, and cross country skis today! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend they have great prices!
