I felt mislead and almost taken advantage of. Upon pointing out a defect in the equipment, I was told it was intended to be sold to newcomers who don't know much about the sport. Seems dangerous to be selling damaged athletic equipment. I wouldn't have minded this issue of slightly damaged equipment because it could be repaired with hours of work, but to not move on the price to compensate the damage seems odd. Take the drive to the other Play It Again Sports on Menaul, better prices and service.
Carlos is amazing! We ordered our son's Xenith helmet here last year and just picked his brand new Xenith XFlexion Fly pads. Always great friendly service and the best prices on the Xenith gear we love.
