Love this boutique, brand name items for cheap, you could never tell it was pre- owned. The quality of the items are great. She will not take junk items! So don't try to bring them! Everything has to come in ready to sell! You'd get the most money bringing your items here instead of platos or style encore, they give you $5 for a bag of Lilly Pulitzer. I have bought several gorgeous long dresses here, a couple of nice Coach bags, some killer leather heels, and some beautiful jewlery. It's an awesome upscale boutique in our town! Very nice clothes in this consignment shop. I am a local here, and I love to shop in there, when I can.
I called this store last week to get some info before driving an hour to get there. I asked a few questions and was very clear about what I had to consign and that I've never consigned anything before. I inquired about what I should do to prepare my item. Under the impression that I was given adequate information, I made my way up there today. This place is amazing. So much to see. I went with a friend for her wedding gown and she brought the 2nd dress she tried on. The owner is very nice and helpful. She has been in business for some time so she must be doing something right. I will be going back for sure.
Called to try to get some information about the Shop/Place and right away told: I would have to come in in person, not able to help me over the phone because she had other customers in the store. Not wanting specific help, a Professional ... can I take your name and number ??? would've helped "this customer" trying to get Shop Details. What happened to Phone Courtesy/Customer Service. Im in Jupiter - the Shop is in Ft. Pierce, just trying to save myself this long drive. Thanks but no thanks !!!!!!!!!
