I always have such a great experience here! The team are professional and welcoming, and Yen in particular is incredible. She has such an eye for detail and design, and always makes sure my lashes look amazing. She is so creative and talented!

I’m a neuro spicy girly and a friend booked us in for a spray tan. I got a bit overwhelmed with the unknowns when I turned up the first time and the ladies were so kind and understanding, they arranged for me to come back the following day. They took my sensory issues on board and used a quieter tanning machine and talked me through all the steps before we started. As a non-salon girly, this was a really good experience and I recommend these gentle ladies for anyone who may have similar sensitivities. My tan is nice too!
Very happy with my lash lift and tint — they turned out great. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my brows. There was no brow mapping at all, so the tint wasn’t as sharp or even as it should be. My brows also ended up quite different in shape, and the hairs weren’t trimmed. A bit more attention to detail would’ve made all the difference.
I have been here twice for a lash lift and both times Roohani has been very gentle and professional. She has explained each step and made the process so smooth and easy. Highly highly recommend Roohani!!
