The staff are caring, but I do have concerns about the hygiene standards For my waxing appointment, I was taken into a room where the bed linen had not been changed between clients. I was given a towel to cover myself, which was then refolded and placed back on the bed for the next person. After wiping myself, I had to ask where to dispose of it, and I was not offered the chance to wash my hands — I had to request it and was directed to a staff room. These ladies are amazing! I’ve been coming here for years for a lash lift + tint and eyebrow tint + thread and they are perfect every time, without fault. All the ladies are lovely too and very calming. Plus I love that they keep your tint colour / thread shape on file so it’s consistent every time!

Tara did an amazing job of my lashes! She used the new technology of UV light for faster drying and long lasting results. Great experience thanks Tara!
