I would like to address the other persons review of this business. I personally know all the blow ups in this establishment are required to have their blow ups plugged into a machine that beeps VERY LOUDLY if it becomes unplugged and then that machine is plugged into the wall. There is NO WAY it was deflating without the attendants knowledge and immediate concern for safety. If I could give a negative star, I would! Had a HORRIBLE experience for my daughter s 6th birthday. To save money, we did not rent their party room. My parents came in to give her presents. Attendee said we could not open presents unless we paid for a room. I thought it was not smart for a business, but oh well. Parent(s)/guardian (s) are there to keep an eye on their children & attendees are there to watch the bounce houses. One of the bounce houses came unplugged, I was told that was common.
