They give me wrong Shoes!!! the size is wrong i ask for 8.5 and the staff give me the other pair 7.5!!!!!

The lady was very nice, however, when I returned my first pair they transferred my money to a credit to create an order (they didn’t tell me that). When the second pair arrived in unacceptable quality, I found out I can’t get my money back. I just got a credit that expires in 12 months. If I don’t use it, my $90 are gone (I am not sure if it’s even legal).
The staff are so helpful & the service was second to none They didn’t have my size but they organised the correct size to be delivered to my home at no cost to me. They arrived at my door the next morning. Thank you so much for the service Your firm needs to be commended on their Service. I will definitely recommend this particular store to anyone who asks in particular Ryan??? (Not sure if that’s the correct name )
