Great service by the lady with long blonde hair and the man in the hat. Welcomed with a smile and a “hello, how are you?” by both staff members. A nice change to be spoken to in-front of the counter without the overwhelming blaring music like other Platypus stores. Just came to browse but will definitely be back to shop another day. Nice and welcoming environment.
Wonderful service from the lovely manager Jaime, and great value on the platypus-branded socks, comfy! Came in with my sons to browse and left with two pairs of shoes and a happy couple of kiddos! First shoe store I've been in where I felt like I was genuinely being taken care of rather than hassled for a sale, looking forward to shopping here again. Thanks Jaime and team.
We visited on Saturday morning around 10am (7/6/2025). The girl working at the time didn’t greet us or offer any assistance. She seemed disinterested and looked down on us, even though we were the only customers there. The service was rude and unwelcoming.
The Platypus store at Oran park is the best i’ve been in. The store was spotless with an awesome variety. Monique was very helpful and made the whole experience easy! Thumbs up to Monique and Platypus!!
Came in last week and had a lovely experience with the young lady who i think is manager edit: i came back in to check and her name is Monique. she helped me find some shoes i’ve been needing! she was so helpful and sweet to us i couldn’t of been happier with my experience!
