Noah was fantastic and really helped me find the right pair of shoes. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the blonde casual staff member, who was sitting on her phone the whole time. Coming from a retail background, I understand you've got to take a break and rest but probably not while there are customers in the store.
first impression was disappointing. walked in this morning looking to buy a pair of shoes, but the blonde staff member was too busy on the phone to acknowledge me or even say hello. after trying to get some assistance, i decided to leave due to the poor service. good selection of shoes, but the staff seem poorly trained. the curly-haired girl did greet me, but by then i’d already decided to leave
I found the service to be the best of any Platypus store I have visited. The blonde Manager was very helpful and professional. Thank you for the great customer service!
Excellent, knowledgeable service. Jai got me sorted quickly and kindly; quality service can be hard to come by lately! Will be returning!
