I spent the better part of a day over the weekend searching for a pair of On Cloud 6 Coast shoes and visited more than a dozen stores in Westfield Miranda without any luck. Even though Platypus Shoes didn’t have them in stock, I was genuinely impressed by the service from Tia. She took the time to look up the shoes, offered helpful suggestions on where else to try, and went above and beyond to point me in the right direction. Excellent customer service from the team at Platypus Miranda.
The young ladies working in this store have incredible customer service. It was so pleasing to experience. Despite clearly being busy, nothing was a problem for them this morning. Thankyou.
Just want to say what great customer service I got from Josh and Tia, I got served by them individually on 2 different occasions. They were both so helpful and really made me feel welcomed in to their shop nothing was a hassle for them. They both were willing to help in their own unique ways if it wasn’t for people like Josh and Tia I wouldn’t return to stores like these! 🤩 I hope they both get the recognition they deserve.
