I checked out the Platypus Shoe Store in Mandruah and was kindly greeted and served by Dani. She helped me purchase some new crocs with the awesome sale they had going on. Dani was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable on sizing and their shoe products. A great up-seller as I also purchased some of there socks! Highly Satisfied :)

I stopped into the Mandurah Platypus store while doing some Christmas shopping, and I again couldn’t have been happier with Platypus staff members. Kirstie was incredibly attentive, helped me find something for me , and had such a warm, feel-good attitude. She genuinely made my shopping experience easier and brighter. Highly recommend this store, and a big thank you to Kirstie for the excellent service!
When in to get some crocs for my neice, lovely staff member Kirsty helped me out and was a true gem throughout the process! Made the experience so easy and pleasant thank you Kirsty 😊
Came in the other day as to be honest I forget we have a platypus store in mandurah and was served by kirstie. What a weapon she is, her customer service skills and knowledge of the products was amazing. So friendly, definitely recommend cementing her into the floor Will definitely be back :)
