Platypus staff are absolute, legends! Went in today looking for a good pair of walking shoes for my upcoming Europe trip with a pair of shoes in mind. I was assisted by the lovely Anthony, who walked me through all of my options and let me try on a number of different shoes in different colourways and sizes. He was so friendly and helpful, couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. Walked away with the shoes I’d originally gone in for and a huge smile! Thank you, Anthony and Spencer and everyone else at Platypus!
Shout out to the bald guy with the cool beard. He was so nice and helped me out so much. He went above and beyond. He got all the sizes I needed with no complaints and even offered other sizes and alternatives. He tried to make the best experience possible for me and it paid off. He is the best! :D
