Got my first ever Nike AF1’s in white! Sierra and Sati made our first visit to Platypus absolutely welcoming and friendly. We were visiting Australia for the first time too so it was a great first impression for my mum and I. Sati also described in great detail about the importance of the sneaker protection spray and how it works - which ultimately convinced me to get one of my AF1’s. Will definitely be shopping from Platypus in the future on our next trip! 👟⭐
Had an amazing server named Lucas, I highly recommend the information that he gives you on shoes and other platypus sold products, he was very honest, genuine and all round a joyful person to talk with. He was helping me with picking gym shoes and he gave me brutally honest feedback on what to get and not trying to take more money out of my pocket. I ended up going for the new balance 530 and it was an amazing choice from him. Overall he was a kind young man and an excellent server
I had a great experience at this shop! The storeman, Satiar, was incredibly helpful and kind. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service really stood out.
