Very disappointed in the customer service your team offered today when shopping in your store. 2 team members enjoyed a good chat at the counter about there weekend rather then show any interest in helping us what shoes. After asking for help they told us they didn't have show in the size we wanted in stock and went back to talking while we continued to try look for something else. In the end we just walked out. Very disappointing!
Went into the Helensvale store yesterday and had such amazing customer service experience. Gemma explained everything in great detail which was perfect for me. I will be back!
Rudest staff ever. Do not waste your time coming to this store. There was no one else inside the store and I stood at the counter with a shoe waiting (clearly needing assistance) to ask for the correct size to try on. The staff (A girl of Asian descent with glasses, didn’t catch her name) looked at me and walked straight past me even though there was not a single other person in the store. I had a lovely experience with Jemma today who went above and beyond with her customer service skills. She paid full attention with providing me with every option that was suitable for me and my style. Another lovely co-worker Courtney also helped to assist with making my decision. Both girls should be commended and are a credit to your team. Thank you again and I love my new runners :)
