I popped in today to look for shoes for my grandsons and granddaughter for Christmas. Emma approached me and was very kind and generous. Emma went above and beyond to answer all my questions, find a particular pair of shoes I was looking for, and wrote down the sizes I need when I decide what shoes my other grandchildren would like.
