Another poor review for Platypus customer service (or lack there of at Cairns Central). Today 2 staff stood at the counter and whilst they were busy being busy (one lacing up shoes and the other walking around) both focused on everything other than the customers in the store. Stood waiting for a solid 5 minutes for assitance to spend $$$ on new Dr Martins. However as it felt like no service was to be had unless I went to the counter. Flawless experience, no negatives, great product, service and reasonable prices.
Needed to pop in quickly because I accidentally forgot to bring shoes on my lil holiday 😅 was in and out real quick and the girls were lovely and helpful
It was not about the quality of the shoes, but the customer service by staff was terrible.
Good product range to decide from and great service from the Gentleman also We were surprised at the size range . Thank you
