Joshua served me he gave me a few minutes to browse and when I realised what I wanted to try on he knew the products really well he even guessed my size right. The store didn’t have my size in stock but he promptly ordered them online for me with free delivery The second pair was in stock and he again fitted me perfectly. I was so impressed, thank you Joshua.
I bought a pair of new balance sneakers from Platypus Eastland. I told the retail assistant, I don't want the shoes in the box, coz the box couldn't fit in my back pack, so they kept the box at store. When I tried this at home shoes are a bit tight, so I went to the store after 2 days to get the next size. They did not replace it because they only replace/refund if the product return in the original box/package. How can I produce the box if I didn't take it from the shop? I will not stepping into this shop ever again.
I recently bought two pairs of new balance runners for my nieces. My sister went to return a pair that was faulty (tightening string snapped off) with the original proof of purchase and were told we were unable to return these without a box. They were gifted on Christmas Day and box was thrown out. For something that was faulty I would expect that these could be returned without a box as it’s faulty and would only assume they would be sent back to be either fixed, donated or thrown out. Well organised and the team member that helped me (Abby I think?) was friendly and super attentive to our needs and went out of her way to accommodate us - both times we shopped here.
Customer service absolutely fantastic thank you Jessi! My son and I went to platypus Eastland today and we aren’t the easiest to find shoes for style wise and wide fit is needed, Jessi brought out a lot of shoes not just ones that would fit us but she really listened to the style and colours we were after. Thank you I really appreciated your time and your effort you put in to find us the right shoes.
