Just went there today. After going to a rival store with awful customer service. The lady that served me was lovely. They didn't have my size in the shoes I wanted but she came back with a similar pair in my size. She was very kind and polite. Will definitely be going back there. The receipt says her name was Annalise.
The customer service was not very friendly, I felt she was very rude to me!!! She judged me for being brown!!! 🫥 never coming back

It was new shoe time so my Muse and I dropped into Platypus Penrith to sort it out. We were greeted with big friendly smiles from Anna and Laura who were ready to help us out. After a chat to determine what I was after, Laura came up with a selection of Adidas shoes to try on. In no time a decision was made, the Adidas Campus ticked all the boxes. Thank you Laura, your assistance and service was on point and made the whole experience excellent.
