Absolutely amazing service from the young lady today that helped my daughter with the purchase of her Doc Martin boots. The staff member was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and very friendly towards her making the shopping experience a pleasant one. I didn't get the staff members name but whoever she is, she is an asset to your business. Thank you for helping make my daughters day, she is very happy with her new boots!
Dishonest practices and capping. Labels saying two different prices and then cap about previous sales in doc martens when they were on sale. I have shopped at this platypus shoes for awhile but not ever again will shop elsewhere ! If you don’t want drama and Don’t need the cap with the Red flag energy stay away from Platypus in Hobart.
Honestly really sad this store takes advantage of tourists. Was only going to buy one shirt. Was told if we bought a second one it was 50%off, he scammed us. Will be going back to retrieve my money. Try being an honest business, and maybe your store wont be empty hey? Watch out for the blonde bloke with the mow, scammers
