The girl working on the 6th of November around 5pm that serving us was SO sweet and ready to assist as soon as we had questions or needed advice on the right shoe, she helped me and my partner so much!
Worst customer service.
Accompanied my son to buy some shoes today and found the sales woman who served us, Maddie, very obliging and where she went above and beyond to help us with what we wanted. Maddie was bright and vibrant and very easy to talk to. We felt welcomed from the time we walked into the shop and walked away, very satisfied customers. We had to travel to find the shoes my son wanted and it was worth the drive, to have sales staff who had the knowledge and experience with their shoes. Will definitely return for further purchases. Had an amazing experience thanks to Josh, the super friendly sales guy. He was so helpful with sizing and gave some advice with choosing a fresh pair of kicks. Josh was attentive, patient, and made sure I left the store with a huge smile on my face. Thank you once again!
Justin and Shay were a great help. They both greeted me and helped my son with helping him find a shoe thats suitable for him. Great service from Justin and Shay, really helpful with everything I needed. Will definitely be back 😃
