Platypus Bankstown is very inviting, well merchandised and tidy. Shay the Manager was wonderful to deal with. She assisted me with my enquiry and even went the extra mile to help me with a shoe order. Shay has great customer service skills and she delivers it with a smile and the right attitude.
Staff could be more friendly and attentive with customer service skills. Store layout was clean and organised
The girl working on the 6th of November around 5pm that serving us was SO sweet and ready to assist as soon as we had questions or needed advice on the right shoe, she helped me and my partner so much!
