Shopped here many times. Always been great. It's often a busy store but they do a great job. Shocked to see some low star reviews here... people need better things to do with their lives than that. I just found this when checking stock, heading there today to get another pair. :)
I was the only customer in the store with 2 assistants, they didn’t bother to even say hello. When i asked for a size to try on the guy basically threw the shoes at me still in the box and walked away. Since when does a shoe shop not even help a customer try on shoes. I felt like I annoyed him for even being in there. This was on the 12/5/26. So ridiculous that staff behave this way.

Rude staff and non-existing management (or one that just doesn’t care?) I went to Platypus in Westfield Doncaster Shopping Centre to buy a pair of shoes on 8th Feb. I was told there was a signing-up deal to sign up with my email and get 2 packs of socks for $10, so I threw in two packs of socks too and signed up. I did not notice that I was actually charged $20 for those socks until I got home. So I called the store. The staff checked their record and admitted the mistake.
