Rude staff and non-existing management (or one that just doesn’t care?) I went to Platypus in Westfield Doncaster Shopping Centre to buy a pair of shoes on 8th Feb. I was told there was a signing-up deal to sign up with my email and get 2 packs of socks for $10, so I threw in two packs of socks too and signed up. I visited 3 shoe stores today and platypus was the only one where the staff didn’t even ask if we needed help with anything. Then just just throw the shoes at you and leave you to be
I came to this store last week Tuesday and just have to mention the experience. The girl who helped me Alicia was friendly and incredibly helpful. She didn’t rush me and answered all my questions to do with my orthotics. I left with new ON cloudmonster and couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be coming back
Very disappointing experience – poor customer service. I had a very unpleasant experience at Platypus Shoes, Westfield Doncaster. On my first visit, a staff member helped me find my size and said it could be ordered online. When I returned with my family to place the order, another staff member, initially ignored to help and then flatly denied that this size exists and refused to help. Been to this Doncaster platypus on 27/12. The lady who first served us was very polite and patient! Bt there was another lady who eventually ended up serving us .. she was very rude! Just with her tone she made the customer feel uncomfortable ! I decided to walk out .. didn’t buy from this Doncaster branch. I understand it was a busy day but please don’t humiliate others!!
