Perfect sales experience at this Platypus store yesterday. The salesperson Sylvie (hopefully I spelt correctly) was lovely enough to spend some time helping me with my indecisiveness yesterday. With geniue care for customer experience, she sold me the shoes and some extras as well. Knew all the right questions to ask and used it effectively. Thank you for your help yesterday. Highly recommend Sylvie 👌👌
They didn't have what I was looking for in stock in their store but were very helpful at directing me to obtaining the product I wanted online
