My experience with Platypus was amazing because of a very helpful worker named Alvin. He was kind enough to offer me great deals, provide his own opinion and always ensured to have a smile on his face.
Alex was super helpful when my partner and I were trying on new sneakers. He was really knowledgeable and although he was the only staff member on made sure to make us feel special and important on a busy Sunday!!!
Today (23/5/26) I came in hoping to buy a pair of shoes I had seen in the store the week before. I showed a staff member the photo I took in-store, but he immediately responded rudely and said, “I don’t sell those shoes here.” I explained that I had literally taken the photo in the store, but he continued with a lot of attitude and made no effort to help me at all.
