Customer Service is no good. Staff just stand behind their counters staring into their computers. That’s fine, but when asking for help they’re rude. I’m going full Karen mode here, but it’s worth noting for future improvements Went in on 19th Dec 2025, two staff - one female and male. The guy with the glasses and singlet was very rude. Went to ask a question and the immediate unenthusiastic response really turned me off.
