Awesome work and awesome team. Jeff was great. Easy to book in and the Claudio came and setup the pool to drain and then cut out the rust in the pool. Then they did an Acid Wash of the pool. The Pool was emptied and filled in 3 days. Our pool in Casuarina was repaired and looks brand new.
Jeffrey did a pool renovation for us in 2021. I just came across our email trail of 86 emails back and forth :-) Dates, working around our other tradies, colours, glasscrete, water tiles, coping tiles and their prep, lighting... Nothing was too much trouble. Reading them is a real reminder of how professional Jeffrey is, ongoing communications and dealing with everything so easily. A real pleasure it was dealing with Platypus Pools, and a great job.
Highly recommend Jeffrey and his team. From our first contact with Jeff he was so helpful. They did the resurfacing in 2 days and so efficient with everything. So professional in all dealings. The pool looks amazing and so nice to get a white pebblecrete pool and no more dark quartzon 🤍🤍Bring on Summer ☀️
A really great experience having my pool resurfaced by Platypus Pools. Jeff answered the phone when I rang, turned up on time, and on the day agreed on, to give me a quote, booked in the work, started on time handled the inevitable bits and pieces promptly. They were well priced, and did a beautiful job. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Just had our pool refinished with Salt and Pepper finish. Looks fantastic!! Jeff and his great team did an awesome job. Great communication. Job done in two days!! Left site clean as well.
