Platypus Pools is the absolute bee's knees when it comes to pool restoration. Our 30 year old pebblecrete pool was stained and damaged. After extensive research on pool repairers, we decided to go with Platypus Pools. It was one of the best decisions we ever made! Awesome work and awesome team. Jeff was great. Easy to book in and the Claudio came and setup the pool to drain and then cut out the rust in the pool. Then they did an Acid Wash of the pool. The Pool was emptied and filled in 3 days. Our pool in Casuarina was repaired and looks brand new.
Jeffrey did a pool renovation for us in 2021. I just came across our email trail of 86 emails back and forth :-) Dates, working around our other tradies, colours, glasscrete, water tiles, coping tiles and their prep, lighting... Nothing was too much trouble. Reading them is a real reminder of how professional Jeffrey is, ongoing communications and dealing with everything so easily. A real pleasure it was dealing with Platypus Pools, and a great job.
Highly recommend Jeffrey and his team. From our first contact with Jeff he was so helpful. They did the resurfacing in 2 days and so efficient with everything. So professional in all dealings.
