We had an exceptional service today in Platypus Chadstone. Thank you so much Aidan for your professionalism and exceptional customer service. You are the best. This store website is so messed up anyway i had a 10% off on online purchase and when i tried to place an order online the shoes is out of stock and the same store where it is available for click and collect dont give me discount when you need to fix your website with accurate information and also the discount was for online order only.
Pretty bad customer service. Not sure of her name but the girl with brown wavy hair could not have cared less about helping me or providing a professional opinion. She also asked me if I thought my feet are done growing. I’m 25 - bit of a weird question to ask?! I guess she just wanted to get back to talking to her coworkers about their holidays.
Zara was very helpful and nice. Made my experience great. Love my new shoes
I was looking to buy myself a new sneakers and I was taking (by my wife) to Platypus Chadstone. The quality, service. vibe, it was just the perfect experience. Thanks!!!
