Came in store to try on some shoes. Camila was very helpful. Always appreciate having someone smiling while working.
Rude staff, spent almost 400 and was basically told to hurry up as they were closing Returned shoes and also received poor customer service from a different staff member the next day Place needs a clear out as I can see how many other poor reviews they have had. Gross
The staff were doing their job but they were so disinterested, like they are trying to be funny to each other by asking me silly questions (which I don’t mind) but when I answer, they do not listen? Basically mid customer service
PLATYPUS PACIFIC FAIR THE WORSE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVCE EVER! If allowed to give -zero for service definitely they deserve it. I went there with my son and daughter to get On Cloud shoes for them, Prior this I read all the reviews I’m very disappointed all written reviews was exactly my nightmare experience how I wish never come to this shoes shop Platypus my experienced was most disgusting , my son fit the On Cloud size 8 mens then my daughter want size 7 women.
