Very disappointing experience. The staff showed no interest or basic courtesy , not even a simple greeting. I came in to buy Birkenstocks, and the employee just handed me the box without offering any help. I even had to adjust the straps and insert the buckle pin myself to try them on properly. No one checked whether the fit was right or if I needed assistance. This is the second time I’ve experienced such poor service here. Absolutely unacceptable customer service — I won’t be returning to this store again
Had the best experience with Sarah, I had an issue with a pair of New Balance 327s and it was sorted quickly and effortlessly by Sarah, what an asset to your store she is. Thankyou Sarah, I’m now not driving my workmates crazy with a squeaky shoe. I’ll definitely buy my shoes from Platypus from now on
Shifty staff! Bought a spare of shoes for $150 not knowing they had $30 off promo! At the counter she says do you want to grab 2 shoe protectors for FREE. They weren’t for free at all! Later looking at the receipt she charged us for the ‘Free’ items to make up the $150 when we could have just bought the shoes for $120! This scam is enough for me to not shop there ever again - heck, I’ll pay double elsewhere. You can’t treat your customers like idiots.
I went to your store today, I had the pleasure of being served by Tiala. She was very attentive and friendly. She had great advice and made sure I was happy with my size. Thank you for making it an easy experience. Love my boots 🥾
