Summer Grove, previously known as Roberts Trailer Court and Plattsmouth MHC has been evolving since 2018. Ever since Strive Communities took over the future of the park has been brighter. They brought in MANY brand new homes and got rid of a lot of the older homes that were eye sores for the community. The park definitely looks 10 times better than it used too and we even have a park now for the children. It's phenomenal.
The community is truly awesome. Management genuinely cares about the residents. The past year has brought about so much change for the better and I highly recommend Summer Grove to anyone looking for a place to call home.
I have lived in this park for 8 years. It has undergone new ownership and new management within the last few years. The current manager, Matt Jones, (Strive Communities), has done such a great job! The park has been renovated and the lots are now clean, trash free and look better than ever. As an Air Force veteran, I recommend this community to all of those stationed at Offutt A.F.B.
