I have been going to Platts for the last 2 years and when I leave, I feel secure that my truck is in complete working condition. They always make my experience as pleasant as possible( let's be honest no one likes paying to fix their vehicle). I have been to Dealers in the past for repairs, just to find out they never did the work I paid for. With Ed I know the work has been done and done correctly. He guarantee's his work!
Excellent Repair Shop – Been going to Platt’s for 20 years, they service all my vehicles. I am very particular with how my vehicles are maintained. This is why they will always go to Platt’s. Ed, the owner is very knowledgeable about all areas of diagnostics. If you maintain your vehicle correctly you won’t need to worry about diagnostics much but I’ve heard customers come to him with difficult problems the dealer could not figure out and he could. HORRIBLE. Keep on driving. – Wish I could give no stars but site doesn't let me... Do not believe a word they tell you. The owner only lives to rip people off. Especially the elderly. I promise you will find lower prices and better service somewhere else. I have never seen an owner who is as rude or inconsiderate as this man is. If you think a dealership will rip you off, think again. The techs are great, but they are not the ones quoting the price. Just stay away from Platt's.
Honesty is their policy – Honesty and integrity is their motto and you can tell this is true by all the long term customers and the top of the line cars that are serviced here. Customers from other local repair shops have turned to Platt's to fix what the others could not. If cheap is what you are looking for go somewhere else but if QUALITY is what you are looking for you are in the right place!! And, come to their car care aware events and car shows bi-annually to see what I'm talking about!!
Worst shop i ever been to Rude and a rip off – went in for a oil change and then they told me i need 600 dollors worth of work and said they could do it now so i said i would think about it and took it to the dealer and they told me i didnt need all the work and it ended up costing me 125 doolors to fix the stuff that was wrong lesson learned they will never see my cars again

We had no recollection of this person being in our shop. JUST realized this person said he went to the dealer but if you read his reviews (click on ford1234) and you see he also said he went to Three Star the same day! Two reviews on the very same day stating two different things. Put 2 & 2 together and you know who wrote the review and why it was written! Just wish I'd realized this much earlier!! If we ever have an unhappy customer we would work it out with the customer.
