June 28, 2010 Platt's Air Conditioning & Heating does not give any service once they install the ComfortMaker units. I cannot remove the filter door to clean the filter. Unit was purchased in Feb 2010. The installer didn't show me any tricks to open the door for the filter. I have made several calls requesting someone to stop by while in the area,but to call me first. The office staff is very rude. The Platt name used to be one with integrity.
