They are the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. I have called ten times and cannot get anyone to call me back. They never answer their phone. I am trying to cancel my service because they are so awful. I hate to even give them one star but it is required.
Very undependable service and the worst part is they act like they could care less. They didn't pick up our trash or anyone else's in our subdivision for 2 weeks. Refused to give me credit until I contacted the Better Business Bureau. They told us they would send us a refund since we were switching companies and they still have not come to pick up their trash dumpster out of our driveway. They rarely answer their phones. They are unbelievable. Stay away.
The worst service ,they never answer the phone they never pick up the trash stay away from them don't even go there you will be extreamly dissapointed
If I could give a half star, I would. They never answer their phone. And when you leave a voicemail, they don't call you back. Then, when your bill is past due because of said problem, they call and leave a rude voicemail stating when your money needs to be into their office.
Unreliable, Depending on who you speak to, you will get a different answer. No thank you!!!
